영국센터 세부 관련사항은 다음과 같습니다.

▶ 주 5회 빠른 출고 (영국 시간 월, 화, 수, 목, 금 출고) 

    출고보류, 묶음보류, 수취인정보 변경 등 신청서 관련 수정사항은 

    영국 시간 월 출고건 -> 한국시간 이전 주 금 오후 6시까지 [보류] 클릭 분에 한해 적용 가능

    영국 시간 화 출고건 -> 한국시간 월 오후 6시까지 [보류] 클릭 분에 한해 적용 가능   

    영국 시간 금 출고건 -> 한국시간 목 오후 6시까지 [보류] 클릭 분에 한해 적용 가능   

    항공기 선적은 영국 시간 주 5회이지만, 출고스캔 및 팔렛 패킹 후, 공항 이동은 주 6회 이뤄지고 있습니다.

    따라서, 출고스캔이 완료되면, 보류 및 어떠한 수정도 불가합니다.   

    고객님들께서는 출고된 사실을 모르고 [출고보류] 또는 [묶음보류]를 클릭하실 수 있는데,

    이 경우엔 보류가 불가하기 때문에 저희가 [쪽지]로 보류가 불가함을 안내해 드립니다.

▶ 합배송(묶음배송) 수수료 무료 - 트래킹넘버 2개까지 (2개 초과는 합배송 불가) 

   부득이하게 오더넘버 1개이지만, 트래킹넘버 3개일 경우 수수료 6,000원 합배송

▶ 묶음보류, 출고보류 1개월까지 무료 보관 (이후는 무통보 폐기 및 보관료 발생)

▶ 재포장 수수료 실비 청구 (박스 추가 및 교체 등)

▶ 정밀검수 불가 

   상품명(이미지 일치), 색상, 사이즈 일치 여부까지 확인 가능

▶ 포장

   영국센터는 기본적으로 제품 손상 방지를 위해 "벤더사 포장" 으로 포장됩니다.

   벤더사 포장이 박스일 경우 부피무게가 발생되므로,

   부피무게 감소를 위해서는 배송요청사항에 "폴리백 포장" 메모를 남겨주시면 됩니다.

   (수수료 없음 / 단, 구김 발생될 수 있음)

   ※ 고가의 제품은 "폴리백 포장" 요청하셔도 "박스"로 출고될 수 있습니다.

   ※ 요청사항에 "폴리백 포장" 메모가 있는 건만 폴리백 포장 출고됩니다. 단, 판매처 포장이 폴리백이었으면, 원래대로 폴리백 출고됩니다.

    영국은 부피무게 100% 적용됩니다. (폴리백 포장도 부피무게 발생)

▶ 리턴수수료 

    오배송 리턴수수료 5,000원 / 단순변심 리턴수수료 10,000원

▶ 일반통관비 2,000원 (단, 목록통관은 발생되지 않음)

   일반통관건에 한함. 관부가세 발생건 및 통관부호 오류로 인한 일반통관 전환건 모두 포함

▶ 900파운드 이상 수출통관비 

    900파운드 이상 수출통관비 11,000원 발생 (운송장 기준)

▶ 검역비 2,000~3,000원

▶ 한-영국 FTA 원산지 증명서 발급 서비스 불가

▶ 특대형 화물

    - 경동 또는 대신택배로 진행. 수하인 청구.

    - 실무게 20kg이상 또는 가로, 세로, 높이의 합이 160cm가 넘을 경우

    - 최장변의 길이가 100cm을 초과하는 경우

    - 박스형태가 아닌 둥근(구형) 상품

    - 한 사람이 들 수 없는 상품

    - 박스 2개가 테이프로 붙어있는 경우 등

▶ 위험물 및 제한 품목 (아래 리스트 확인)

    위험물 선적시 운송장당 50,000원 비용 추가 발생 (단, 품목에 따라 선적이 불가할 수 있음)

▶ 국내 택배는 우체국택배로 배송

▶ 국내 배송 중 분실 및 파손시 택배사(우체국) 보상 가능 금액은 50만원

   미국과 동일하게 영국의 경우에도 택배사(우체국)에서 보상 가능한 최대 금액은 50만원입니다.

   그 이상 고가의 상품이 파손이나 분실되었을 경우(택배사의 명백한 과실일 경우)에도 50만원 이상은 보상처리가 불가합니다.

   (※ 단, 전자제품의 경우 파손면책 대상이므로 보상처리가 일체 불가합니다.)

▶ 국내 수령시 오배송건

    - 검수 및 보상 관련 공지 (https://www.amoo21.com/bbs/board.php?bo_table=checkinfo&wr_id=5)

    - 기본적으로 오배송 건은 적출국으로 반송을 원칙

    - 단, 반송을 원하지 않고 폐기 또는 다른 방법으로 처리를 원할 경우, 최대 20만원 보상 처리 가능

▶ 합산과세 유의 

    국가가  다를 경우엔 같은 날 입항되어도 합산과세 되지 않습니다.

    (단, 직배송건이나 타배대지건과 동시 입항시 AMOO에서는 어떠한 책임 및 도움을 드릴 수 없습니다. 

    반드시 [출고보류], [출고요청] 기능을 이용하여 출고일정 조정을 해 주셔야 합산과세를 방지하실 수 있습니다.) 

    (※ 영국센터의 경우 자동 출고일 조정이 되지 않습니다.)

▶ 장기 노데이터 수수료 및 폐기 

  30일이 경과한 장기 노데이터(미등록건)의 경우

  수수료 3,000원 + 추가 1일당 1,500원의 수수료가 부과됩니다. 

  또한 센터 도착일 기준 45일을 초과할 경우엔 별도의 통지없이 제품 폐기됩니다.

▶ Dangerous and Restricted Goods (위험물 및 제한물품)

* Alcohol – to other EU countries (sending alcohol within the UK is permitted). Shipments containing alcohol to destinations outside the EU may be subject to local restrictions.

* All Samsung Galaxy Note7 and Samsung Note7 devices

* Antiques, works of art and fine art with an individual value in excess of £5,000

* Bullion (of any precious metal)

* Cash (legal tender – bank notes, currency notes and coins) and travellers cheques

* Clinical and / or biological samples (including but not limited to bodily fluids and tissue samples)

* Complete original and imitation firearms and firearm parts, (includes rifle butts, trigger mechanisms, screws / bolts etc which are manufactured for the sole purpose of creating a functional firearm), ammunition, explosives / explosive devices

* Dangerous / hazardous goods including but not limited to perfumes, aftershaves, aerosols, flammable substances, dry ice, biological substances, UN classified dangerous goods and any goods specified as such under International Air Transport Association regulations (“IATA”), the Agreement on Dangerous Goods by Road ("ADR") or International Maritime Dangerous Goods ("IMDG") regulations.

* Electronic cigarettes

* Human remains or ashes

* Hunting (animal) trophies, animal parts such as ivory and sharks fin, animal remains or ashes, or animal by-products and derived products not intended for human consumption, prohibited for movement by the CITES Convention and/or local law

* Illegal goods, such as counterfeit goods and narcotics

* Jewellery, costume jewellery, watches and objects constructed of precious metal and/or stones with a value in excess of £4,000 per waybill

* Laptop computers – No more than 1 laptop computer per package. Each package may not contain more than 1 lithium ion battery which must be contained within the laptop. No more than two packages per consignment. The shipment must not exceed £5,000 per waybill

* Lithium batteries:

* All lithium metal batteries - Lithium metal batteries are generally non-rechargeable and contain metallic lithium

* Loose lithium ion batteries - Lithium ion batteries do not contain metallic lithium and are rechargeable. These include power banks, USB chargers etc.

* Small electronic items, including mobile phones, containing lithium ion batteries – each package may not contain more than 2 batteries which must be contained within the electronic device. No more than two packages per consignment.

* Live animals (including but not limited to mammals, reptiles, fish, invertebrates, amphibians, birds, insects, larvae and pupae)

* Loose precious and semi-precious stones (cut or un-cut, polished or un-polished)

* Pornography (whether in printed, film or digital format)

* Tobacco, loose leaf tobacco products and pre-rolled cigarettes

* Used car parts and engines – only acceptable if all steps have been taken to nullify hazardous residues
